If one of the exclusion criteria applies, please do not apply. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Swiss flight instructor license<\/li>\n<li>Reside in the region to be available for spontaneous and flexible assignments, especially on weekends<\/li>\n<li>Good specialist knowledge, also in the theoretical field<\/li>\n<li>All the maneuvers in the touch and go training manual are part of your standard repertoire<\/li>\n<li>Methodical and didactic approach to training<\/li>\n<li>Very good team player<\/li>\n<li>High social competence in dealing with flight students and customers<\/li>\n<li>A stable leading character and a high sense of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to offer above-average training quality and maintain high quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Regular and flexible availability<\/li>\n<li>Very good language skills in German and English<\/li>\n<li>Commitment, one can sense that you enjoy flying and paragliding instruction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Advantageous (but not absolutely necessary) would be:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tandem license<\/li>\n<li>Driving license (Cat.
