- Valid Swiss flight instructor license
- Reside in the region to be available for spontaneous and flexible assignments, especially on weekends
- Good specialist knowledge, also in the theoretical field
- All the maneuvers in the touch and go training manual are part of your standard repertoire
- Methodical and didactic approach to training
- Very good team player
- High social competence in dealing with flight students and customers
- A stable leading character and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to offer above-average training quality and maintain high quality standards
- Regular and flexible availability
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Commitment, one can sense that you enjoy flying and paragliding instruction
Advantageous (but not absolutely necessary) would be:
- Tandem license
- Driving license (Cat. B or higher)
- Experience with emergency parachute packs
- Experience in tour guiding or leading a safety training
